"I have a pair of the same jean/wash in a size 00 and they are a smidge tight in the waist. Still working off the holiday pounds. I got these in a 0 and interestingly the waist while still fitted feels better and I hope they keep their shape while I work on getting mine back! I can wear to work with a sweater and heeled boots or at home running errands with a tee, hoodie and sneakers. Length is a perfect just like the photo! Love the Madison line."

"Typically I buy your jeans from Nordstrom because of this exact issue… I need to exchange my jeans but I took the tags off. I am only giving 1 star because I have too. Your jeans run large. It is difficult to find the right size. I took a chance going through this website because I thought I had my right size. Your website is not clear on the return policy. It’s really unfortunate because I did like your jeans. I actually ordered some from Nordstrom and I am returning them because of your poor customer service."
