PROCESSING TIME
Orders placed before 12pm PT, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays), will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after 12pm PT will begin processing the following business day. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after card authorization.
While we strive to do our best to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot guarantee delivery and are unable to be held responsible for conditions beyond our control, such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
Please keep in mind that from time to time we will get back-logged during holiday time periods and sale time periods, and during this time order processing could take longer than our standard processing time. Delivery Policy
If you refuse delivery of your order, the order will be returned to our distribution center, and you will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax from your original payment. Once your return has been received and processed at our Returns Center, your refund will then be issued. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
