"Because this is a new brand I'm going to write a slightly more detailed review that will hopefully answer some of the questions others may have before purchasing these jeans. For reference, I'm 5'7 1/2, 130Ibs, 47 yr old, and not curvy. These jeans fit perfect! And I think they would look great on a person with hips and more curves than myself as well. I ordered a size 4 and they fit, but I feel like I'm in between sizes (which is common), so if you are worried about them being too big then size down. I think a 2 would have fit me, but I'm happy with the fit because at my age comfort is key. These jeans are very stretchy, without having that spandex feel some jeans have. They are also a thinner material, but look very classy and sharp, not cheap at all. I love the waistband, as you cannot tell it's stretchy, but they are SUPER comfortable. Maybe the most comfortable jeans I've ever worn. If you are short, I'd buy the petite sizes as these jeans are perfect for me, but they would be too long on someone shorter. There was a bad (chemical) smell after I dried them in the dryer, but it went away. As long as they last well, I will be very happy with my purchase. I bought two other styles as well, the "ab"solution skyrise (the ones with the buttons on the pockets) and the Brittany itty bitty boot high rise. I love all of them! One more note, I don't think the whole tummy control thing really works, but I didn't need it to, so I'm still happy. If you're hoping for a miracle "ab" solution with these jeans, you might be disappointed. Buy them, they are great!"
