Machine wash cold, inside out with like colors in a laundry bag. Gentle cycle. Only non-chlorine bleach when needed. Tumble dry low. Iron on lowest setting, on reverse side only.

Love them, but a few issues

"I first purchased a pair based on the size recommendation and found that I needed to size down, so these are my second pair. I’m a very active in weight lifting so I’m muscular (with minor amt of fluff) in the hips and thighs. At 5’7” and 168lbs my hips at the widest measure 43” and waist is 32”. My first pair I ordered a size 10 and they were rather roomie than I wanted due to the stretch (negating the tummy control feature). While not in the worst way that I couldn’t continue to wear them, but they aren’t my first choice. This second pair I ordered a size 8 and it fit perfectly and will be one of my go to’s. However, I wore them without washing and at the end of the day noticed that the stitching on the right leg at the knee came undone. Since I’ve washed them, I’ll repair this manufacturer flaw myself."
